Hotel Policies
In case of a booking cancellation, you have to provide a written cancellation request to the resort. The resort is liable to charge some cancellation amount in this case which will be applicable from the day we receive your written cancellation request. The following slab will referred to for calculating deductions:
- 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
- 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount
