Hotel Policies
In case of any booking cancellation, the resort should be notified in writing. The resort will charge a cancellation amount from you which will be applicable from the day we receive your written cancellation request. The following slab will be referred to, for calculating deductions:
- 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
- 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount
