Hotel Policies
In case of any booking cancellation, we should be notified in writing. In this case, you will have to pay cancellation charges to the resort which will be applicable from the day we receive your written cancellation request. Cancellation charges will be made in accordance with the following slab:
- 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
- 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount

The resort is about 107 kms from Kottayam railway station which is the nearest railhead. Madurai (140 kms) is another major city near to the resort with both an airport and a railway station. Cochin international airport is about 180 kms from the resort. Also, the resort is well connected to the major cities of Kerala by road.
