Hotel Policies
If you want to cancel a booking due to some reason(s), you have to notify us about the same with a written cancellation request prior to the check-in date. In such cases, the resort will deduct the appropriate cancellation charges from your booking amount which will be applicable from the day we receive your written cancellation request. Deductions will be made on the basis of the following slab:
- 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
- 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount

Madurai and Kottayam, which are about 140 and 107 kilometers from the resort respectively, are the nearest railway stations. Cochin international airport, about 146 km away, is a major airport near to the resort. The resort is also easily accessible by roads from major cities of Kerala.
