Hotel Policies
In case of a booking cancellation, you have to notify us with a written cancellation request. The resort will deduct cancellation charges from your booking amount which will be applicable from the day we receive your written cancellation request. The following slab determines how much amount will be deducted from your booking amount:
- 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
- 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount

The resort is just 12 kms from Periyar National Park. Kottayam, the nearest railhead, is just 86 kms (approx.) from the resort and Kochi airport is about 162 kms. The resort is also easily accessible from major cities of Kerala as there is quick availability of state buses and taxis.
