Amarnath Darshan By Helicopter With Gulmarg

Early morning, check out from the houseboat and drive to Sonmarg. From the houseboat, embark on an approx 3-hour ride in a car to reach Baltal.

On arrival at Sonamrg, drive to Baltal to board on a helicopter to the Holy Cave which will take you to Panchtarni (helicopter is subject to weather conditions).

On arrival at Panchtarni, you have to trek approximately 6 kms to the holy caves. (You can hire palki / horses on direct payment).

After the darshan, trek back to Panchtarni for your helicopter ride back to Baltal where our driver will meet you and then drive to your hotel in Sonmarg.

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Srinagar. On arrival, check-in to the hotel. After some rest and refreshment, you can choose to spend your half day shopping or relaxing as it will be free for leisure.

After breakfast in the morning, we will leave for the day excursion in Gulmarg. We will drive past colorful villages and rice fields that will give you an insight into the rich culture of Kashmir.

The 08 minutes of ropeway ride on Gulmarg Gondola will take you past colorful shepherd hutments to the lower ridge of the Apharwat Peak. From here, you can click lots of pictures. After spending time here, we will descend to Gulmarg base after an hour.

In the evening return to Srinagar for an overnight stay at hotel.

Post breakfast, check-out from the hotel and proceed to Srinagar Airport to board a flight for thee onward destination.

Important Information : Due to strict security, you are requested to leave from the hotel at least 4 hours before the departure time. You will have to pass 4 security barriers before reaching the airport. This often leads to long traffic jams right outside the airport.
