Hotel Policies

If you want to cancel your booking due to any reason, you have to provide a cancellation request in written to the resort. In such case, you have to pay appropriate cancellation charges to the resort which will be applicable from the day we receive your cancellation request. You will get refund according to the following slab:

• 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
• 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
• 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
• 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount
