Hotel Policies

In case of a booking cancellation, notify the resort with a written cancellation request. The resort will deduct appropriate cancellation charges from your booking amount which will be calculated from the day we receive your cancellation request in written form. We refer the following slab for calculating deductions:

• 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
• 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
• 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
• 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount
