Hotel Policies

In case of a booking cancellation, you have to provide us a written cancellation request. In such case, you have to pay cancellation charges to the resort which will be effective from the day we receive your written cancellation request. Cancellation charges will be made according to the following slab:

• 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
• 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
• 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
• 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount
