Hotel Policies
If you want to cancel your hotel booking due to some reason(s), you have to provide a written cancellation report to us. You are liable to pay appropriate cancellation charges in such case which will be effective from the day we receive your written cancellation request. Deductions will be made on the basis of the following slab:
- 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
- 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount

The resort is located in village Pakhiralay and is accessible by ferries. If one wishes to reach the resort by air, the nearest airport is Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International which is approximately 140 kms away. Howrah railway station is around 95 kms from the resort. Guests can also visit Sagar Island, Jambudweep, Sudhanyakali watchtower, Buriidabri Tiger Project, Netidhopani Watchtower, Haliday Island, Kanak, and Sajankhali Bird Sanctuary which are near to the resort.
