Hotel Policies
In case of a booking cancellation, you have to provide us a written cancellation application. The resort will make deductions from your booking amount which will be effective from the day we receive your cancellation request in written. You will get refund after deductions which will be made according to the following slab:
- 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
- 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount

The resort is located 105 kms from Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport. Sunderban National Park is very close to the resort and is easily accessible.
