Tigers are of great interest to many wildlife enthusiasts thus, Corbett National Park is often the chosen destination for sighting wild big cats. The park not only gives a glimpse of the tigers lurking in the wild, it also offers a thrilling experience for tourists to see other wild mammals and stay in the best resorts available. In our short 3N/4D tour package, you can get a guided tour into the forest in Kanda Range of Dhikala zone. You can unwind in this tour by relaxing and also see a film on conservation at the resort. Our package will take you for a jeep safari into the grassland to spot tigers and other mammals such as gharial, sloth bear, crocodile, elephant, leopard, deer etc. You may also sight beautiful birds on a sightseeing trip to the watchtower such as kingfisher, crested serpent eagle etc, you will get a spectacular view of Ramganga River from the tower.
Itinerary
DELHI - CORBETT
On arrival at the Corbett you can check-in at the selected wildlife resort followed by lunch. Later, a guided Jeep Safari into the national park will be organised. During this tour will see species like sloth bear, leopard, deer, black bear, and tiger. This safari will take you through the Kanda Range and also the Dhikala/Gairal region followed by lunch. Later after the safari, dinner will be served at the resort.
DHIKALA FOREST LODGE
On day 2, you will be taken for a morning Jeep Safari to the park, on returning, breakfast will be served. After, you will be taken to Dhikala/Gairal Forest Lodge by a car/gypsy and lunch will be served at the lodge. A jeep safari into the grassland to spot elusive tigers will be organised. Post safari, you can return to Dhikala/Gairal Forest Lodge followed by relaxing throughout the evening and dinner.
DHIKALA FOREST LODGE
Early morning, you will be taken for a jeep ride around the national park for sighting. Later, a sightseeing or birdwatching trip to the watchtower (about 1km from Dhikala/Gairal resort) this place offers a spectacular view of Ramganga River. In the evening, you will be taken for another round of safari at the Kanda Range followed by dinner in Dhikala/Gairal Forest Lodge. In the evening, a short film on conservation of Corbett will also be shown.
CORBETT NATIONAL PARK – DELHI
Go for a morning Jeep Safari on day 4 and upon arrival breakfast will be served. You can check-out from the lodge and you will be taken for a ride into the Gairal Range Forest where you will have the opportunity to see reptiles such as crocodile,gharial, sloth bear and elephant. From there on, you will directly be driven to Delhi.
