50 spacious rooms are mainly divided into two categories. Some of them overlook the enchanting views of the river while a few rooms open towards the magnificent garden. The facilities offered in each room depend on the type of room one is booking.

The hotel is located on the periphery of Corbett Tiger Reserve at a distance of around 7 km from Ramnagar. The nearest attractions to this resort are Dhangarhi Museum and Corbett Museum.
