Hotel Policies
In case of cancellation of a booking, the hotel requires a cancellation request in written form. In such case, the hotel will deduct some amount from your booking which will be applicable from the day we receive your written cancellation request. The following slab determines how much amount will be deducted:
- 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount
- 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
