Hotel Policies
In the event of cancellation of your reservation, cancellation charges plus taxes apply. You will have to send a written cancelation request to the hotel. Cancellation charges will be effective from the day we receive you cancellation request in the written form. Cancellation charges will be calculated according to the following slab:
- Cancellation request received within 48 hours of the Check-in date: full cost of stay shall be charged
- Cancellation request received within 72 - 48 hours of the Check-in date: one night cost would be charged
- Cancellation request received within 7 days - 3 days of the Check-in date: 50% of one night cost would be charged
- Cancellation request received within 7 days of the check in date: Rs. 500/- per room would be charged
