The
Fort Aguada Beach Resort is built on the 16th century Portuguese

Sea-Facing
Rooms: All rooms elegantly appointed, centrally air-conditioned,
with international direct dial facility. Channel music, colour
television with satellite programmes. Room service till 2am and
laundry service till 8pm. All rooms offer a sea view. Located
in the main block each room is both sea facing or sea and garden
facing. Approximately 300 square feet in size. The rooms have
double or twin beds.
One
has the choice to go in for either a 1 bedroom or a 2 bedroom
cottage at this place. Apart from these there is also the choice
of standard rooms or terrace suites at the main complex. Each
terrace suite is designed in a unique way with great colour and
design.
There is a touch of class in each and everything over here. In
all there all 32 Standard Rooms, 32 Deluxe Rooms, 24 Terrace Suites
and 42 Cottages.
Food
Morisco:
Out here the traditional Goa specialties can be had. Lot of
seafood is also available at this place. There are freshly caught
lobsters, prawns, crabs, fish, squid, etc and above that anything
one could wish for under the sun. Music also accompanies the food
out here.
Seashell
Restaurant: This restaurant has one of the best of Indian
and European gourmet fare amidst the elegance of flowers and wine.
One can have the best ocean fresh shrimps out here. "Seashell
Restaurant" serves Indian, Continental and Goan specialties.
"The Trattoria" serves Italian Cuisine. "Poolside"
serves seafood grills from 7.30 p.m to 10.30 p.m. "The Anchor
Bar" serves snacks, cocktails and Goan wines.
Martini
Bar: This is very much at the poolside. It has a delightful
setting by the poolside overlooking the virgin sands of the Calangute
Beach. Soft music is always there as background along with exotic
cocktails and mouth-watering snacks.
Wine
Cellar: Vintage wines can be had by the tourists. One can
even choose from the Vintage wines out here. Great food can also
be savoured at the various restaurants of the resort. Each restaurant
is unique form the other and so there plenty of scope for choice.
