The Aguada Hermitage Beach Resort is carved out of a verdant
hillock. This was designed especially as a retreat for the Commonwealth
heads of Government in the year 1983 where each villa is a perfectly
separate haven of privacy, and has played host to distinguished
guests such as Indira Gandhi, Margaret Thatcher and many others.

Cottage
ensconced amidst sylvan surroundings are available with two, three,
four and even six and eight bedrooms. These range from standard
room to deluxe suites. Tumbling down a balcony, a cascade of blushing
bougainvillea may catch your eye, or perhaps the delicately stained
glass of a cottage nearby might take your fancy. The choice is
fascinating and the experience, entirely unique. Catch magnificent
glimpses of the sun-soaked beach and flower bedecked walkways
from all the 15 villas. Each villa boasts an exquisitely designed
living room, dining area and bedroom, as well as a garden and
a charming little sit-out. Guests can select between our spacious
one and two bedroom villas.

Facilities and Halls:
The Octagonal Shaped Hall in the heart of an emerald green
lawn which has a capacity of 55 people is ideal for all sorts
of executive conferences.

Facilities:
For a change, one can go for swimming in the sea or take a
dive into either of the freshwater pools at Fort Aguada Beach
Resort and Taj Holiday Village. One can even head for the
golf course, fitness centre, tennis courts, beauty parlour and
other facilities while staying at The Aguada Hermitage.
