Organized by Lokayan in partnership with Rajasthan Tourism and Rajasthan Police, the Rajasthan Kabir Yatra is a musical gala aimed at celebrating the philosophies and teachings of the Bhakti and Sufi saint poets such as Kabir, Mira, Bulleh Shah etc.
The festival aims to create an inclusive space where artists, scholars and students from different genres can come together to celebrate Bhaktism and Sufism. The festival wants to promote love and harmony and dissolve all barriers of caste, class, religion and identity.
The Yatra journeys around different places of Rajasthan including some prominent cities like Jodhpur, Bikaner and Jaisalmer, spreading its message of love and inclusivity.It is famous for its music concerts in which singers and artists from Rajasthan and different regions of the country perform and bring to life the spirit of Bhaktism and Sufism with their soulful renditions. Documentaries on Kabir (in Hindi) are also shown during the cultural program of the Yatra.
Apart from these, the Kabir Yatra is also the perfect venue for witnessing the exquisite arts and crafts, sculptures and paintings designed by artists from Rajasthan taking inspiration from Bhaktism and Sufism.
Festival Dates/Months: The Rajasthan Kabir Yatra is organized in the month of October. It is not an annual festival, and thus information about it has to be looked up on Rajasthan Tourism's website.

- The Kabir Yatra is a week-long festival (usually ranges from 5-6 days).
- The Yatra takes its inspiration from the Hindu tradition of Jaagran/Satsang.
- Cultural programes take place in the celebration.
