Today, you will be experiencing the madness, and magic of Delhi, the capital city of India. You will start your day visiting the most quaint places of Delhi - Raj Ghat (the cremation sites of Mahatma Gandhi), Shanti Vana (the cremation sites of Jawaharlal Nehru) and Jama Masjid. Since all these places are located in old Delhi, during the journey, you will pass by the Red Fort and Chandni Chowk. In the afternoon, you will be exploring the South and Central Delhi, In the south Delhi, you will Qutub Minar and later proceed to Humayun's Tomb, India Gate (War Memorial Arch) and Lakshminarayan Temple (a modern Hindu Temple). Enroute, catch glimpses of President's House, Parliament House, Government Secretariat Buildings and Connaught Place. Overnight stay at the Delhi hotel.
Early morning, check out from the Delhi hotel and catch Ajmer Shatabdi Express ( departure time: 06:15 AM). Upon arrival at the Jaipur airport, meet TMI (Tour My India) representatives who will transfer you to the hotel. In the afternoon, you will be visiting City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Birla Mansir, and Ram Niwas Garden. Great Holiday in North India Just returned from a 12 day trip which included Delhi , Agra, Ranthambore, Jhansi and Khahjuraho. All arrangements worked brilliantly and hotels were great. We were lucky enough to see a tiger in Ranthambore - one of the trip’s highlights. All the hotels were very comfortable and service very good. Our thanks to Naveen for organising the trip , and also to our wonderful driver Visht. Visht was always on time, proactive, polite and helpful, and an excellent driver. Overall an amazing experience and we are very glad we used this company.
