How To Reach Bhandardara

Stationed in the Ahmednagar district of Maharashtra, Bhandardara sits on the Western Ghats. This lesser-known and unscathed beauty of India can be easily reached from either Nashik or Mumbai by road, thanks to the well built roads.

By Air:

Though the hill station lacks an airport, Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport of Mumbai is fixed some 185 kilometers away from Bhandardara. The journey to Bhandardara from the airport is quite easy with enough bus and taxis commuting to and fro the place.

By Rail:

Bhandardara shares its proximity with the Igatpuri Railway Station, which is some 35 kilometers away and is built on the railway route of Nashik-Mumbai. The distance of 35 kilometers can be easily covered with cabs and buses that are always on available mode just outside the station.

By Road:

Bhandardara is easily accessible through state buses that have the benefit of shuttling to the hill station on regular basis. Bhandaradara shares its neighborhood with few of the major cities: Pune, Mumbai, Nashik that are well linked to the place. Mumbai is some 185 kilometers away from the hill station whereas Pune is some 175 away and Nashik is stationed some 45 kilometers away from the place.
