How To Reach Karjat

The home to undulating topography, magnificent hills, historic forts, taintless ambience and a relatively hospitable weather throughout the year, Karjat is the less frequented gem in the state of Maharashtra. Well connected with the prominent city of Maharashtra and other such cities, Karjat is easily reached through road, rail, although it lacking an airport of its own.

By Air

Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport stationedat Mumbai is some 70 kilometers away from the hill station to the north western part and is the nearest airport. On getting down, one can hire a cab or avail the bus services to cover the remaining distance to Karjat. The airport is well connected to all other prominent cities of India.

By Rail:

Karjat is easily reached via train and luckily it has its own railway station named Karjat Railway Station which connects to all the major cities and other states of India through the railway network. On getting down from the station, one can take or hire a cab to reach the hill station.

By Road

One is free to avail the regular plying bus services operating from Mumbai and other such neighboring cities which take you straight to the hill station.
