Hotel Policies
In case of hotel booking cancellation due to any reason(s), we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive in writing about the cancellation and charges would be done in following ways:
- 7 Days prior from arrival- No Refund
- 8 Days to 21 Days prior from arrival-40% of the hotel booking cost
- 21 Days to 45 Days prior from arrival- 60% of the hotel booking cost
- 45 Days and above-80% of the hotel booking cost
Note: Cancellation amount is calculated as per total booking amount and not as per advance deposited.

Nature Heritage is located 500 meters from Bandhavgarh National Park. The nearest airport from the resort is Jabalpur (200 Kms) and Khajarho (270 Kms) while, the Umaria (32 Kms) and Katni (100 Kms) railway stations are quite nearby to this resort. You can also take bus from Pala Bus Station that is only 1 Km away from the resort.
