Hotel Policies

If the cancellation is done more than 7 days from booking date then Rs.400 will be deducted.
If the cancellation is made in less than 7 days but more than 5 days in that case 30% of the package price will be deducted.
If the cancellation is made less than 5 days but more than 3 days from the booking date in that case 50% of the package price will be deducted.
If the cancellation is made less than 3 days, No show/ No refund.
All packages are extendable on pro- rata basis as quoted at the time of reservations only or subject to availability.
There is No refund for short stay and un-availed facilities.
The Management reserves the right to alter or withdraw facilities provided under these packages.
All reservations/cancellations are subject to a confirmation from the Hotel.
