Hotel Policies

For advance booking, full advance for the accommodation is paid.
The advance amount paid for booking in non-refundable.
In case of premature, departure or not using the services, there is no fault of the hotel and the booking amount paid will be forfeited as a penalty.
Any changes in the date of arrival/departure will be considered 20 days for group and 15 days for FIT's, in prior to the date of arrival.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation made within 7 days, the retention charge will be 75 % of the booking amount
Cancellation made for more than 7 days notice, 50% of the total booking amount is paid
If the cancellation is made within 3 days prior to the date of arrival, full booking amount is charged
In the absence of any advance payment by the travel agent, the management will approach directly to the client for the settlement of bills, before check out

Please note that these above mentioned cancellation charges will be applicable from the date we will receive your written cancellation request
