Hotel Policies
If you want to cancel your booking due to some reason(s), you have to notify us with a written cancellation request. The hotel will deduct cancellation charges from your booking amount which will be applicable from the day we receive your cancellation request. The following slab determines how much amount will be deducted:
- 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
- 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount
