If you want to cancel your booking due to any reason, you will have to provide a written cancellation request. In such case, the Hotel will deduct cancellation amount from your booking amount. The cancellation charges will be effective from the day we receive your written application request. The following slab determines how much amount will be deducted:
- If cancelled before 30 days: 85% refund
- If cancelled before 15-30 days: 80% refund
- If cancelled before 07-15 days: No refund. Booking can be postponed subject to availability.
- If cancelled less than 07 days: No refund
- No Show / Late Check in / Early Check out: No refund
- Cancellation on supplementary charge dates: No refund
