Terms and Conditions
- Children above 2 years will be considered a full ticket.
- No concessions will be provided to children or senior citizens for helicopter yatra.
- Bookings should be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount.
- Full amount has to be deposited 15 days prior to the date of the journey.
- If the journey is not completed within the given time or passengers are unable to complete the Char Dham due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons, the company will try to extend the time frame of the journey. If the customer is not able to visit the Char Dham, the company will transfer the entire amount.
- Rescheduling of booking can be done 7 days prior to the date of the journey, and is subject to availability with 10% extra charges. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 7 days prior to the journey, then the booking will be regarded as cancelled.
The Cancelation policy is as follows:
If passengers wish to cancel their booking then they will have to pay following cancellation charges
- 30 days before Journey - 30% of amount
- In between 15 to 30 days before journey - 70% of amount
- In between 0 to 15 before Journey - no refund
