To cancel your resort booking because of any reason(s), you are required to update us with a written application and pay some cancellation charges. Below find the list of booking cancellation charges you are required to pay.
- 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking samount
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount
- 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
