Hotel Policies
For cancellation of your hotel booking due to any reason/reasons, you need to update us with a written application and pay some cancellation charges. Find the booking cancellation slab given below.
- 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount
- 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund

Useful Info
The Mascot Beach Resort is located near Baby Beach in Kannur and it is very close to popular attractions like Mappila Beach, Fort St. Angelo, Taliparamba, Pallikunnu, and Pappinisseri. The Fort St. Angelo, also known as the Kannur Fort is the most famous spot and was built by Dom Francisco De Almeida, the first Portuguese Viceroy. The resort is not very far from Kannur Railway Station as the distance between them is only 4 km. However, the Calicut International Airport is approximately 132 kilometers from the resort.
