Dedicated to Goswami Tulsidas, Tulsi Smarak Bhavan Museum was established in the year 1969. Tulsidas was a great Hindu poet who penned down the Hindu epic, Ramacharitramanas and Hanuman Chalisa. Coming on to this popular museum in Ayodhya, it houses a large repository of Tulsidas literary compositions. Not just this, the museum is also known for hosting devotional concerts, prayer meetings and religious discourses. In the complex of the Tulsi Smarak Bhavan, there is also a research centre known as Ayodhya Shodh Sansthan. Along with that, this must-visit place in Ayodhya also includes a library which features a great exhibition of Ramayana art and craft and recitation of Ram Katha. Apart from all this, one of the major highlights of Tulsi Smarak Bhavan Museum is the year-round enactment of Ram Leela. It is performed daily from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
