Uttar Pradesh is a well-connected by state by road comprising 42 National Highways with a cumulative length of approx 5,599 km. All parts of the state establish a smooth connection with Delhi by the DND Flyway to the city of Noida and NH 24 to Ghaziabad. Both government and private roadways buses operate between Uttar Pradesh and other major regions of the state and India. Besides this, the other national highways make travelling by car to this rich state quite convenient and comfortable.  

By Bus

The state has commendable bus service which is regulated by State Government under Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC). With a fleet size of approx 12194 buses, UPSRTC provides services in the cities of Uttar Pradesh and other adjoining states in North India. Other than government buses, tourists can even opt for Avadh Bus Service and Volvo which is operated from Uttar Pradesh.

By Car

For tourists who wish to go for an adventurous road trip to Uttar Pradesh to appreciate the vastness of the land, travelling by car would be an ideal option; even though a little expensive but worth experiencing. Travellers can also hire a taxi with a driver which would be charged per kilometre. The highways of Uttar Pradesh are well equipped with a number of food outlets where one can stop, relax for a while and enjoy the scrumptious traditional or ordinary food.
