Winter

How to Reach Nandaprayag?

Nandprayag has an easy access via road, due to its location on the NH-58. Although one can choose airways and railways to reach halfway to Nandprayag, as the last leg of the journey has to be done by roadways.

By Air

Airways is always a comfortable option for travelling but the thing to keep in mind while going to Nandprayag via airways is that the nearest airport is Jolly Grant which is situated in Dehradun about 214 km from here. But then Uttarakhand Government has many intra-state buses to board from Dehradun, also, you can book cabs from Dehradun to reach Nandprayag.
By Rail

The nearest railway stations to Nandprayag are in Rishikesh and Haridwar (195 km). Since the city of Haridwar enjoys a better rail connectivity with major cities in India, it is a good option to take a train till here. From Haridwar to Nandprayag, one can take a bus or book a taxi.
By Road

Nandprayag is connected to many major destinations of Uttarakhand by road. The National Highway 58 connects it with destinations like Ghaziabad. Moreover, there are regular buses that run between Nandprayag and Rishikesh or Srinagar (Garhwal). One can also choose to book cab from various places in Uttarakhand for reaching Nandprayag.
