There is a reservoir lake in the west side of the city of Jalna, called Moti talav, near which a beautiful garden was established, known as the Moti Baag. It is a garden with a variety of flowers, and also has a park for the children to play, complete with mini train and other play things. There is also a colorful music, karanje here.
History of the Attraction
The Moti Bagh is originally a part of Sambhayaji Udyan belonging to the Nagar Parishad. The talav was constructed by Jamshed Khan.
Getting There
The Moti Baag is situated in the Jalna city, and there is no problem to reach there by road.
Things to Do in and around
Near Moti Baag there is the reservoir lake, along with the Hamam or bathhouse which can be visited. Also the Kali Masjid is nearby.
Best Time to Visit
The best time to visit the Moti Baag is from November to February. However, in spring the flowers of the park bloom and they look wonderful so, it is not a bad idea to visit the place in early spring.
