Juma Masjid Kerala

Thazhathangady Juma Masjid is one-of-its-kind architectural wonder in Kerala. It is one ancient mosque that is more than years old and with stunning architecture and ornate wood carvings, it's a must visit place in Kumarakoram. Perched on the banks of the Meenachil stream, Juma Masjid is famous for its wooden architecture and lavish interiors. Many years back, the mosque was destroyed due to the unavoidable reasons. However in 2012, that portion was built again and stretched out with iron columns, aluminium sheets, and minars. Ancestors of the mosque played an important in freedom struggle and other national movements.
