Itinerary
Arrive Delhi
As soon as you arrive in Delhi, you will be escorted by our representative from the airport to the hotel. Revive and rejuvenate yourself by checking in, as the main journey to Sattal begins from the next day.
Delhi - Sattal
The journey begins with the rising sun as we drive to Sattal from Delhi, located some 300 kms away. Within 7 hours you will reach your tourist destination, the land of seven glimmering lakes of Uttarakhand, Sattal. Sitting at an elevation of 1370 metres, the lakes are set in the Mehragaon valley in the Lower Himalayan Range.Check in to the pre-booked resort and relax for the day.

This is the time when you can take a photography tour to Sattal and exercise your photography skills by capturing the beautiful babblers, bulbuls, warblers, minivets, myna, tits,woodpeckers, barbets and pigeons in your camera lens. And the diversity harbored by this tourism destination doesn't end here as there are around 230 varieties of birds which can only be found in here.
Sattal – Pangot
Relish the sweet and sour tastes of Kumaon region in your afternoon meal after which we head to Pangot. This tourist attraction is best described as a village which is another paradise for bird lovers, snuggled close to Nainital.On your way you can witness the beauty of Mehragaon valley which is rich in the green orchards. Within 2 hours you will reach Pangot after which you can check in to the lodge.

On day 6 get ready to relish the beauty of nature at its best in the form of Naina Peak, Timla Pani and Kilbury. Along the way, pay a visit to villages settled closely like Ghughu Kham and Baggar which are famous for nurturing species of birds like brown fronted, stripe breasted,rufous-bellied woodpeckers , hawk eagles and serpent eagle and many more. Throughout the ride you won't get enough of the serenity of Naina Peak Range via Snow View Point, Kilbury and the lush greenery of Pangot. With the end of day , we return back to the lodge in the evening to have dinner and overnight stay.

In a photography tour to Pangot, you have the chance to behold the charming vision of the oak , pine, bamboo, rhododendrons and cedar rich forests nurtured here. The whole trip is for sure gonna delight your senses with the soothing sound of fresh water stream flowing in the habitat. Late in the evening , return back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Pangot - Dhikala
The next must visit place to explore after breakfast is Dhikala, the core area of Jim Corbett National Park. While traversing on your photography tour in your 04 WD open jeep, be ready to catch a glimpse of the wild creatures harbored by the park . After the safari , head back to lodge in evening for a nutritious dinner and overnight stay.

For those who love professional photography, Ram Singh road track along the river Ramganga is perfect as it offers some of the best opportunities to spot waders, river lapwings, mergansers and other waterfowl. Orange-bellied leafbird, jungle owlet, long-tailed nightjar, spot-bellied owl, golden-fronted, purple and crimson sunbird, black francolin, common stonechat, black-shouldered kite, chestnut-tailed starling, hen harrier and changeable hawk-eagle are some more species you get to witness here. After the photography tour, dinner and stay is taken care of at the forest lodge.
Dhikala – Delhi
After enjoying the fun filled morning jeep safari in Dhikala, head back to the lodge for a filling breakfast. After which it's time to set out to the nearest town, from where you will board the car to drive back to Delhi. A comfortable hotel is booked in Delhi for overnight stay.
Delhi –Bid goodbye
With the end of the splendid holidays in Uttarakhand , take off from Delhi to your home country safely.
