The staff has been extra careful on each aspect.. They are quick on their feet even though this pandemic has been tough on them... They are covered in PPE units... But salute their service and the toughness with which they are handling the situation.. Superb work!!!

I was admitted in wockhardt hospital and I was detected with covid positive. Staff is very helpful and co operating as well as caring. Doctors are very nice. Service is excellent. Keep it up

Doctor was alright, but the staff handling the patients were not user friendly. I can understand that the doctor can be busy unexpectedly, but the we should be informed in a timely manner. I had booked the appointment online, paid the fees online, consultation was online, Got the opinion letter online after getting behind them to send it. But after having done all that, they say I have to physically come to the hospital to collect the receipt otherwise they won't send it online. Defies all logic. Must be a Tax saving issue.

Nice big hospital with multi-facilities. Neat but very expensive maybe because it is one of the very few big hospitals in Mira Road East. The also have an out-patient service where doctors treat till 9pm. Other services are 24/7 and has lots of pharmaceutical service in and around this hospital.

Me and my family had been tested positive for COVID-19 and were admitted to Wockhardt. The treatment we received was excellent. Right from housekeeping to nursing to doctor visit to facilities and ambience of the hospital, everything has been superb. The view I got from the hospital window of the citylights and mountains made me feel relaxed and was helpful in boosting my mood during the treatment. The medicines are given on time by the nursing staff. The food is what I loved the most. The food is hygienic and tasty. Any modifications needed in food is done by the canteen team asap. The entire staff of Wockhardt works their very best by providing us with utmost care and attention. The best part is, they ask you upfrontly for any complaints and any improvements that they shall make to make our experience better, and act on our complaints immediately. Me and my family have now recovered completely and tested negative for COVID-19. Thanks to Wockhardt for their excellent treatment and care. I'll miss this stay at Wockhardt. ❤
