Location - 5/5 ( in prime area of vasant kunj ) Entrance - 5/5 Parking - 1/5 ( This is the condition of parking and they are injuries center. Are you kidding me ? ) Staff -5/5 Doctors - 3/5 ( They are not very keen on patients will just guide you multiple tests and surgery instead of focusing on healing ) Interior and exterior - 2/5 ( it’s like government hospital with dirty shabby doors ) - During COVID they are not providing sanitizer - They will check your temperature and just ask if you have any condition nothing else - Major point is that it’s disgusting that a hospital on national level has that kind of parking when they are dealing with injuries.

The best hospital for Spinal Surgery. The doctors here are very hardworking and the whole staff is very much cooperative. Above all it has got Asia's best rehabilitation center.

Money minded staff and doctors, invalid charges and on disputing they say that's how we earn for our staff. Totally insane and worst service. I took my grandmother here and in 6 days they charged alot. I recommend not to visit here as they only charge and don't care about patients.

I would like to give a special thanks to Dr Ritabh Kumar, one of the best doctors I assume in India for spine related problems. he is such an excellent doctor and a great human being. In absence of Dr. Ritabh I met with Dr.Pushkar Chawla, Dr. Deeapk raina and Dr. Harpreeet singh too in few occasions and they all are equally good and experienced doctor. My family and I have visited ISIC multiple times in last few years and now after a long time I decided to share my experience. Doctors as well as nursing staff all are very sincere, helpful, cooperative and humble there. ISIC is Hygienic and clean place, and everything is very well organised there whether it’s about food court, free parking or billing counter. By considering facilities, doctors and staff behaviour and cost wise this hospital is one of the best for Spinal and bone related issues and I always recommend ISIC name whenever someone ask my advice. The best part what I feel after meeting these doctors, that they are very friendly, sincere, humble and polite. They never look in hurry and give you proper time to explain yourself. Suggestion: Appointments are highly recommended else you need to wait for a long time.
