Vary bad setup fir covid sample collection, setup look like village hospital, which run under the tree, no water facility no collor. Only one cabin near entry gate, which have ac and doctor facility rest patient need to wait under tree and tin cover area and waiting time In short it's vary bad facilities in case of private hospital.. we are paying and we need to wait for 2-3 hours in open area..

Located in Noida sec-62, near metro station. I'm writing this on behalf of my experience as one of my friend's relative was admitted there in Fortis hospital. They don't provide the service and the quality treatment to patients as compared to the money they are looting from them. Better to go any other hospital. Don't forget to check the expiry date of medicines before leaving the counter & always carry all the receipts, bills and medicines with you on your next visit. Hope this will help!

I had an ACL replacemenr surgery here. Not only did theu do the surgery wrong which I had to get redone 6 months later taking ligament from my other leg. They denied any wrong doing and just hid behind the patient consent form. Second, while being admitted after an injection the nurse had the audacity to remove syringe and store it in my bedside drawer in the open. She tried to use the same syringe for next injection. Had to object and argue with the supervising nurse to get new needles which they billed me for anyway. They scam, they're incompetent and should lose their lisence. And then we wonder why our country never progresses. Its organizations like these that capitalize on pain and loss heartlessly.

This is a big place but most of the space is covered with parking itself. The hospital building is not that big. It has a pretty decent canteen. As far as the hospitality goes, it’s a 3 out of 5 just because of the nursing staff which is not that cooperative. Spent two days here the experience was just okay.
