Excellent service! Nothing to complain about after multiple visits and a 3-days in-patient treatment with surgery. The doctors and nurses were very friendly and service-minded. They took great care and made even a hospital stay pleasant.

First I was brought to hospital with severe headache. Doctor recommended to admit. They contacted my insurance and they also confirmed and issued guarantee of payment. But when I was in hospital bed many hospital staffs came and asked for money. Which I later knew the insurance covers 75% and what they are asking is balance 25% . I have recommendation from other doctors and even paying a deposit of certain amount. They refused to undergo any treatment and examination without me paying in advance. I am still in a shock that even doctors repeatedly reminded about payment before carrying out any procedure. And even say directly that they cant help the patient if they cannot pay in advance. While I was thinking the medical treatment is given first since I am admitted and payment can be made at discharge. There is so much discrimination. And I cannot feel a bit a bit of empathy and sympathy from any of staff at Bangkok hospital.

Orthopaedic department has been moved to new building. The building is so gorgeous like a 5 star hotel and not many patients there but I needed to wait for more than 1 hour to see a doctor because there was one orthopaedist on that day. Hospital should informed me about it when I had registered I think. In addition, the cashier was so slow and I took about 30 minutes there although there was no patient at the cashier.
