Mughal & Rajputana Grandeur with Wildlife Adventure

A Project was started in 2010 by Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd. with collaboration with the Cox and Kings India Ltd., to promote the heritage tourism in India through the vast railway network. The agreement led to the inception of Maharaja Express, a luxury trip in a royal train across the heartland of India. Operated by IRCTC, the train has all the basic and luxurious amenities ranging from wifi, pneumatic suspension, live television, a dedicated carriage for bars and lounges and dining areas.
Maharaja Express’s, Treasure of India luxury tour package takes you through the journey of Indian heritage in a span of 4 days. It starts from Delhi and then makes its way to Agra. There, a vision of pure opulence and grandeur greets you at Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and others. After seeing Mughal magnificence at its best, you are taken to Ranthambore National Park, where a game drive adds thrill and adventure to your trip. Spotting wildlife is always an exciting experience. Your next stop is Jaipur, where you get to visit Jantar Mantar and Amber Fort, two of the most famous tourist attractions in Jaipur. Of course, this being Maharajas’ Express, you will be immersed in comfort throughout the course of the journey, thanks to the excellent amenities combined with the outstanding hospitality onboard. You will also be served delicious meals at the thematic fine dining restaurants in a relaxed yet stylish environment.
