Hotel Policies
We request a written application in case you want to cancel the hotel booking due to any reason. You are required to pay the cancellation charges, which will be applicable from the date we receive your written cancellation request. The following slab displays how much you will get after the deduction of cancellation charges:
- 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
- 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount

Other nearby Railway stations are Gondia and Maihar. If your want to reach by air, Nagpur (approx. 250 kms) and Raipur (approx. 200 kms) airports are the best options for you.
