Hotel Policies
A customer is liable to pay the cancellation charges to the resort in case he/she cancels the booking due to some reason. In such a case, the customer has to provide a written cancellation request to the lodge. Deduction charges will be applied from the day of receiving of the written request. The following slab determines how much amount will be deducted:
- 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
- 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount
