Hotel Description
Mahua Vann Resort, situated in Seoni District of Madhya Pradesh, is expanded in a region of lush woodlands and shrubs. Located close to Panna Tiger Reserve the resort makes an ideal base for wildlife viewing especially tigers. The two seasonal rivers, one large and the other small, flow on the two sides of the resort. Both of these rivers meet at Sangam Point thathas an immense sandy patch and many rocks strewn across it. The property is constructed as a tribal village with a cottage layout that renders a sense of privacy. One of the either two streams can be viewed from every cottage in this resort.
The bigger stream offers the walk comprising more than 1 kilometer of distance along the sandy bank. The design and layout of the resort is environment-friendly and is in vernacular style. The area in its central part and the cottages of the resort are blended with plethora of Mahua trees in a spatial and non-intrusive style. The architecture of this resort makes it an ideal accommodation option to relish the nature in quest of tranquility and relaxation.
Accommodation: Mahua Resort includes 12 suites and 15 well-furnished rooms that are well appointed with contemporary and excellent facilities.
Hotel Policies
In case of cancellation of hotel booking due to any reason(s), we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive in writing about the cancellation and charges would be as follows:
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking cost
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking cost
- 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking cost
- 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
Note: Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday. Any cancellation sent on Sunday’s will be considered on the next working day i.e. Monday.

Mahua Vann Resort is situated in close to Pench National park. It is well connected to the park with road. The nearest railway station and airport is in Nagpur (90 kilometers).
