Hotel Policies
In case of cancellation of a hotel booking for any reason(s), you will have to pay the cancellation charges. A written cancellation request is required by the resort in this case. Cancellation charges will be applicable from the date we receive a written request of hotel booking cancelation from your side. You will get the refund according to the following slab:
- 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
- 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount

Landmark Woods is located a few kilometers away from Bagori range of Kaziranga National Park. Nearest airport to Kaziranga National Park is Jorhat (approx. 96 kms), and nearest railway station is Furkating (80 kms approx.). Guwahati (approx. 220 kms), Naogaon (approx. 75 kms), Dibrugarh (approx. 250 kms) etc. are other major towns in close proximity of Kaziranga National Park.
