If booking is cancelled due to any reasons, then it needs to be notified to the resort in written. Customer will need to pay the booking cancellation charges which will be applicable from the date the resort receives your written request for cancelation of hotel booking. Deductions will be made according to the following slab.
- Within 15 days of Arrival Date/ No Show - No Refund
- 15 Days to 30 Days prior to Arrival - 50% of the total package cost
- 30 Days & More - No Deductions would be levied
