Hotel Policies
In case of booking cancellation, customer is liable to pay cancellation charges to the resort. We need written cancellation requests from customers in such cases. Cancellation charges will be applicable from the date we receive the cancellation request. Charges will be deducted according to the given slab:
- 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
- 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount

The resort is situated just 3-4 kilometers away from the main gate of the central range of Kaziranga National Park. Guwahati railway station and airport are 220 and 245 kms (approx.) from the resort. Nearest railway station is Jorhat which is around 85 kms from the resort.
