Jangchubling Dzong

Jangchubling Dzong, located in Lhuentse in Bhutan, is an excellent place to visit for serenity seekers. It is a great experience visiting here as the monastery is located amidst scenic backdrop of mountains. The quietude of the site relaxes the minds of tourists and provides them with an unmatched sense of bliss.

The monastery was founded in the 18th century by Pekar Gyatso with the patronage of the 16th Karmapa Rangjung Rigpe Dorji until recently. Ashi Wangmo, the daughter of the 1st King, resided at the dzong as a nun. One can reach Jangchubling Dzong easily by a feeder road.
