Cancellation requests must be sent to the central reservations office HRH Group of Hotels in writing, via email, fax or letter, at least 7 days before the scheduled date of arrival in April September, and at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date during October-March. In case of cancellation or no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge one night's booking amount with applicable government taxes.
